Recurring Billing
Unless your service order says otherwise, plans renew monthly and are billed in advance.
Cancellation
You may cancel at any time through the available billing portal or by emailing support@hostreliant.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period, and subsequent renewals stop.
Refunds
Fees for a billing period that has started are generally nonrefundable, including unused days, except where required by law or expressly agreed in writing. Duplicate or erroneous charges will be reviewed and corrected as appropriate.
Service Transition
Cancellation may end hosting or maintenance after the paid term. Request exports, migration assistance, and domain transfer coordination in advance. Additional migration work may carry a separately agreed fee. Customer-owned domains remain customer-owned.
