Yes. We manage WordPress sites and modern Next.js applications deployed to Vercel. The same plan features apply to both; the underlying maintenance, backup, and security procedures are implemented appropriately for each platform.
Not necessarily. We take over operation of sites already on infrastructure we can manage. Where moving to our edge infrastructure improves reliability or performance, we plan and perform the migration during onboarding with no downtime beyond a DNS change.
Our monitoring checks every managed site every minute. A failure alerts us immediately; a person acknowledges the incident, works it to resolution, and records it in your dashboard. Support commitments are described in our Service Level and Support Policy and your service order.
Yes — every plan is month-to-month. Cancel at any time from your billing portal or by emailing support@hostreliant.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. You do. Your domain, content, design, and data remain yours; we operate the site on your behalf. On cancellation, request exports, migration assistance, and domain transfer coordination in advance — we cooperate with the export of customer-owned materials, and additional migration work may carry a separately agreed fee.
